This specimen was lot 43246 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2026), where it sold for $3,360. The catalog description[1] noted, "NEPAL. Tola (Mohar), SE 1826 (1904). Prithvi Bir Bikram. NGC MS-66. A very impressive premium Gem specimen, with rich reflectivity, bold well applied details, and the only feature of note in the open areas of the design being die lines. A beautiful and enticing example." This type is listed for SE 1807, 1817, 1820-1826 (1885-1904) and is scarce. Some coins are dated using the Saka Era (SE) and others using the Bikram Samvat Era (VS).
