This specimen was lot 38606 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it sold for $552. The catalog description[1] noted, "INDIA. Nawanagar. 5 Kori, VS 1946 (1889). Jam Shree Vibhaji (Under Victoria as Empress). PCGS MS-65. Tied for the finest certified example of the type." This type is listed for VS1945-1947. The rulers of Nawanager were a branch of the Jams of Kutch across the Rann of Kutch. Eight dokda made a kori.
