This specimen was lot 2475 in Jean Elsen sale 160 (Brussels, November 2024), where it sold for €300 (about US$380 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIE, NAPLES, Joseph Bonaparte (1806-1808), AR 120 grana, 1807. Rare. Beau à Très Beau. (Italy, kingdom of Naples, Joseph Bonaparte, 1806-08, silver 120 grana of 1807. Rare, fine to very fine.)"

This type is listed for 1806-08. An 1807/6 overdate exists. The French invaded Naples and evicted Ferdinand IV, who fled to Sicily. Napoleon installed his brother Joseph as king, where he happily remained until forced by his brother to go to Spain, where he was very unpopular. As Ferdinand was protected by Admiral Nelson and the British navy, the French were unable to take Sicily.
