This specimen was lot 2348 in Steve Album Auction 52 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $102. The catalog description[1] noted, "MYSORE: Tipu Sultan, 1782-1799, AE paisa, Patan, AM1225, elephant right, Persian letter "b" above, VF-XF." This type was struck at Patan AM 1225 only. One rupee was 64 paisa. The Mauludi Era (AM) was a calendar invented and used only by Tipu Sultan and it lapsed after his death in battle in 1799. Many mints issued these copper paisa in dozens of styles.
