This specimen was lot 2197 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $180. The catalog description[1] noted, "MUGHAL: Shah Jahan II, 1719, AR rupee, Murshidabad, AH113(1) year one (ahad), VF, Scarce." This type was struck year 1 only (Shah Jahan's reign was short) at thirty mints.
Recorded mintage: unknown but a scarce mint of a scarce type.
