This specimen was lot 1291 in Steve Album Auction 52 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $156. The catalog description[1] noted, "MOROCCO: Mohammed VI, 1999-, AR 250 dirhams, 2013/AH1434, Parliament 50th Anniversary, a magnificent reflective proof state example! PCGS graded Proof 69 DCAM, ex Dr. Wolfgang Schuster Collection." The auctioneers attributed this to KM Y166, which actually refers to an NCLT issued for the king's birthday.
