The catalog description^[1] noted, "MOROCCO: Mohammed VI, 1999-, AR 250 dirhams, 2010/AH1431, 90th Anniversary of the Moroccan Phosphate Company, a superlative proof state example! PCGS graded Proof 70 DCAM, ex Dr. Wolfgang Schuster Collection. Very Rare! Only given to employees of the Moroccan Phosphate Company and not for sale to the public. NOTE FROM THE CONSIGNOR: Type only released to company employees, not to public, info and coin in SCWC and Schön based on my coin, never offered, extremely rare!"
