This specimen was lot 77612 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. Silver 1/10 Onza, 1994-Mo. Mexican (Potosi) Mint. PCGS MS-68. Libertad type." This type was struck in modest numbers 1991-95. The mintage shown here is typical. In 1996, the obverse was modified to show a side view of the statue (KM 610).

Recorded mintage: 90,100 plus 5,002 proofs.

Specification: 3.11 g, 0.999 fine silver, 20 mm diameter, reeded edge.
