This specimen was lot 76010 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "MACAU (SAR). 100 Patacas, 1993. Llantrisant Mint. GEM PROOF." This NCLT, struck to the standard of a Britsh crown, honored the 40th Macao Grand Prix. It was probably struck at the British Royal Mint. Another 100 patacas of 1993 features the Year of the Rooster (KM 58).
