This specimen was lot 24977 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it sold for $3,525. The catalog description[1] noted, "Livorno. Cosimo III Medici Pezza Della Rosa 1703, AU58 NGC, a choice example of this very popular type with well-struck details and rich old-time patina - highly attractive!" This type is noted for 1701-18 and is rather expensive.
