This specimen was lot 1696 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "LAOS: Savang Vatthana, 1959-1975, AR 5,000 kip, 1975, Wat Phra Kio Museum, Vientiane, PCGS graded PF67 DC." This NCLT was issued in the final months of the kingdom of Laos as communist forces closed in.
