This specimen was lot 3855 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it did not sell. Oddly, this coin celebrating the independence of a Muslim nation does not bear an AH date.
Recorded mintage: 70,000 proofs plus 53,000 struck in sterling silver.
