This specimen was lot 2427 in Stephen Album sale 47 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2023), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "JAVA: AE duit, 1765, Dutch United East India Company (VOC) issue, a few light scratches, Choice VF." This one year type is very scarce. Other duits from the period include KM 174.1 ( struck 1764), KM 176 (1783) and KM 179 (1796-97). All are crude local issues.
