This specimen was lot 34618 in Heritage sale 3067 (Long Beach, September 2018), where it sold for $552. The catalog description[1] noted, "Jamaica: British Colony. Victoria Proof 1/2 Penny 1869 PR67 PCGS, Heaton mint. An absolutely premier piece (the top graded by PCGS) with fully reflective mirrors and frosty devices that pair nicely with soft traces of die polish lines. From the Feeling Good Collection." This is the most common date of a type struck at London and Heaton 1869-1900.
