The specimen shown is from a type struck in Rome for Italy 1946-50. It was superseded by a smaller aluminum coin (KM 89) struck 1951-2000 which is very common. The 1946 and 1947 are rare dates.

Specification: 2.5 g, aluminum, 26.7 mm diameter, plain edge.
