This specimen was lot 1264 in Goldberg sale 116 (Los Angeles, June 2020), where it sold for $1,080. The catalog description[1] noted, "Israel. 10 New Sheqalim, 2005. Einstein's Relativity Theory. Mintage 555. Choice Brilliant Proof." This NCLT was accompanied by a two new sheqalim (KM 397) and a silver new sheqel (KM 396).
Recorded mintage: 555 proofs, Vantsaa mint.
Specification: 16.96 g, 0.917 fine gold, 30 mm diameter, 0.500 troy oz AGW.
