This specimen was lot 2493 in Steve Album Auction 55 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $105. The catalog description[1] noted, "INDORE: Tukoji Rao, 1844-1886, AR mudra rupee, AH1289, sun face, several banker's marks on the edge, XF." The date is written in Devanagiri numerals under the crossed swords on the reverse. A similar half rupee (KM 21) exists.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 11.2 g, silver, 18 mm diameter, this specimen 11.19 g.
