This specimen was lot 2422 in Sincona sale 77 (Zürich, May 2022), where it sold for 225 CHF (about US$273 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HONGKONG. Victoria, 1842-1901. Mil 1863, Heaton Mint. Fast FDC. (Hong Kong, Victoria, 1837-1901, mil of 1863, Heaton mint. About uncirculated.)"
This denomination was struck at the shortlived Hong Kong mint 1863-66 but was dropped thereafter. British coinage for Hong Kong ceased in 1997 when the island was returned to China.
