Stephen Album sale 50, lot 2873

This specimen was lot 2873 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $780. The catalog description[1] noted, "QING: Xian Feng, 1851-1861, AE 100 cash, Kaifeng Mint, Henan Province, cast 1854-55, VF." The 100 cash listed in the SCWC (KM C11-6) for Honan (Henan) province does not match the example shown here.

Recorded mintage: unknown.
