This specimen was lot 41158 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2024), where it sold for $216. The catalog description[1] noted, "GUATEMALA. 1/4 Real, 1867. Nueva Guatemala Mint. NGC MS-64. This near-Gem Cuartillo displays an enticing stormy gray complexion. From the EMO Collection." This type was struck in 1859-69 and this date is common.
