The first specimen was lot 1748 in Sincona sale 22 (Zürich, May 2015), where it sold for 410 CHF (about US$515 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"GROSSBRITANNIEN, Anne, 1702-1714 Shilling 1704. Fast sehr schön-gutes sehr schön. (kingdom of Great Britain, Anne (1702-14), shilling of 1704, good very fine.)"

The second specimen was lot 75545 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[2] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Shilling, 1704. London Mint. Anne. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, AU Details. Variety with plumes in angles. From the Richard August Collection. Ex: Craig A. Whitford Numismatic Auctions (9/1995) Lot # 339." This type was struck 1703-05 in several varieties, with the best known being the 1703 with "VIGO" below the bust (KM 517.1). The shillings of 1704 come with and without (KM 517.2) plumes on the reverse. The date is scarce compared to later issues such as 1708-09.
