This specimen was lot 3652 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $2,280. The catalog description[1] noted, "FRENCH INDOCHINA: French Colony, AR 10 centimes, 1908-A, Paris Mint, a superb example, PCGS graded MS65, ex Howard A. Daniel III Collection." This type was struck 1898-1903, 1908-19 for French Indochina, a region of southeast Asia now comprising Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. This is a scarce date.
