This specimen is a common date of a type struck at the Paris mint 1931-41 under the Third Republic of France. This date was also struck in aluminum by the provisional government after Liberation in 1944.

Specification: 8 g, aluminum-bronze, 27 mm diameter, designed by Pierre Alexandre Morlon (1878-1951).
