The first specimen was lot 18053 in Heritage auction 354 (the Horwedel sale, Long Beach, CA, September 2004), where it sold for $2,530. The catalog description[1] noted, "Rialto, CA - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 626 The First NB Ch. # 8768. A very scarce San Bernardino County bank which is seldom available. This is the Colver collection example. Very Good. Ex- Colver collection sale, lot 1970."

The second specimen was lot 18434 in Heritage auction 354 (the Horwedel sale, Long Beach, CA, September 2004), where it sold for $2,990. The catalog description[1] noted, "Rialto, CA - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 626 The First NB Ch. # 8768. A just plain scarce San Bernardino County bank. This is the Krakover/Superior example, last on the market in February of 1991. Fine+++."

"Rialto, CA - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 652 The First NB Ch. # 8768. A very scarce San Bernardino County bank with only nine large size reported and a charter which is seldom available. Tonight's offering is one of the nine pieces in the census and is making its first auction appearance since 2001. Solid PMG Very Fine 20, with bold stamped signatures."
