This specimen was lot 14752 in Heritage auction 456 (Orlando, FL, January 2008), where it sold for $1,955. The catalog description[1] noted, "Ocean Park, CA - $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 616 The First NB Ch. # (P)7690. A very rare Los Angeles County bank with five notes making up the entire census. Well circulated but intact Very Good, with clear pen signatures. From The Kansas City Collection."

This specimen was lot 17947 in Heritage auction 354 (the Horwedel sale, Long Beach, CA, September 2004), where it sold for $3,450. The catalog description[1] noted, "Ocean Park, CA - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 650 The First NB Ch. # 7690. A genuinely rare note from the only bank to issue in this long since forgotten shorefront community. Just six notes are known from here, with CAA now having sold three of them, one in the Colver sale, a torn and low grade piece back in 1994, and this specimen, which grades a nice Very Good-Fine. Expect to see a realization somewhere in the area of." Now part of Santa Monica.
