This specimen was lot 31163 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $2,640. The catalog description[1] noted, "Ottoman Empire. Bayazid II (1481-1512) gold Sultani AH 886 (1481/2) XF40 ANACS, Serez mint (in Greece), 3.11 g, Album-1311, ICV-3150, Pere-103. A slightly clipped and bent example of this very rare issue replete with golden luster and remarkably clean fields. The holder incorrectly identifies the mint as Istanbul (Constantinople). Ex. Dr. Hans Wilski Collection."
