This specimen was lot 20412 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it sold for $646.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Saxony. Taler, 1832-S. NGC MS-63. KM-1121. Older Bust facing right. Very difficult type to obtain in mint state. Sharply struck with light delicate toning and strong underlying."

actually KM 1120, Dav-867 (regular issue), not KM 1121 (mining thaler). 28.06 g, .833 fine silver, m. 979,000 (common). type struck 1829-36.
