This specimen was lot 3805 in Künker sale 264 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €3,000 (about US$3,876 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SACHSEN, KURFÜRSTENTUM Friedrich August I. 1694-1733 (August der Starke). Dukat 1712, Leipzig. 3.41 g. Fr-2806; Kahnt 65. GOLD. RR Attraktives Exemplar, fast vorzüglich. (electorate of Saxony, Augustus the Strong, 1694-1733, ducat of 1712, Leipzig mint. Rare, attractive choice extremely fine.)"
