This specimen was lot 920 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $540. The catalog description[1] noted, "LIVONIAN ORDER: Wilhelm von Fürstenberg, 1557-1559, AR 1/2 mark (5.02 g), Riga, [15]57, Dav-67, ruler with sword behind four-fold arms separating date, all within inner beaded circle with WILHELM. VORSTENBDG. M. LI around // great City arms within inner beaded circle with MONETA. NOVA. RIGENSIS around, light haymarking, a couple spots of residue/oxidation, a very rare issue, XF." this type struck 1557-58 for Wilhelm von Fürstenberg, also KM MB47 for Heinrich von Galen. 5.61 g, 0.578 fine silver, 28 mm diameter.
