This specimen was lot 5071 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €5,500 (about US$7,413 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND, KAISERREICH, Elisabeth, 1741-1761. 18 Groschen 1759, Königsberg, geprägt für Ostpreußen unter russischer Besatzung. 5,78 g. Bitkin 675 (R1); Diakov 628 (R1); Old. 453 a; Kluge K 26.1. Sehr selten, besonders in dieser Erhaltung. Feine Patina, vorzüglich. (empire of Russia, Elizabeth, 1741-61, 18 groschen of 1761, Konigsberg mint, struck for East Prussia under Russian occupation. Very scarce, especially in this quality, fine patina, extremely fine.)"
