This specimen was lot 943 in Sincona sale 54 (Zurich, May 2019), where it sold for 300 CHF (about US$357 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"PORTUGAL | Königreich, João V. 1706-1750. 1/2 Escudo 1722, Lissabon. 1.75 g. Gomes 41.01. Fr-91. Gutes sehr schön. Kleiner Randfehler. (kingdom of Portugal, John V, 1706-50, half escudo of 1722, Lisbon mint. Good very fine, Minor edge nick.)"
KM 210, 1.79 g, .917 fine gold, 800 réis, one year only. ½ escudos struck throughout the 18th c.
