This specimen was lot 1459 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $6,168.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. 50 Zloty, 1818-IB. PCGS AU-53 Secure Holder. Fr-105; KM-C103; Bit 805. Deep lemon color with traces of prooflike mirroring in the legends. Conservative grading."
