This specimen was lot 581 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €130 (about US$165 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Paul V (1605-1621), (Camillo Borghese), AR teston, an 3, Rome. D/ Armoiries. R/ Saint Pierre, ten. une clé, et saint Paul, ten. une épée, deb. de f. Munt. 77a; Berman 1560. 9,14 g. Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Paul V (1605-21), silver testone, year 3, Rome mint. Obverse: arms; reverse: SS. Peter and Paul standing, bearing a key and a sword. Very fine.)"
