This specimen was lot 2768 in Sincona sale 26 (Zurich, October 2015), where it sold for 2,000 CHF (about US$2,471 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Nurnberg, Taler 1766. Mit Laubrand. 28.03 g. Kellner 347. Dav-2496. Sehr selten. Vorzüglich-FDC. Prachtexemplar mit min. Justierspuren (city of Nurnberg, thaler of 1766, with leafy border. Very rare, extremely fine to uncirculated. Proof example with slight adjustment marks.)"
