This specimen was lot 30083 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $9,400. The catalog description[1] noted, "Stunning One-Year Type Nurnberg. Free Imperial City gold Ducat 1806-KR, KM 416, Fr-1919, MS64 Deep Prooflike NGC. A stunning example of this rare one-year type. The fields are fully mirrored, the strike bold, and the overall appearance amazing for a gold coin of this era. The obverse exhibits a wonderful view of the city of Nurnberg, and the reverse has the Pascal Lamb, as often seen on earlier coins of Nurnberg."
