This specimen was lot 24803 in Heritage sale 3032 (Chicago, April 2014), where it sold for $822.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Nassau-Usingen. Friderich August Taler (Convention) 1812-L, KM 6, Dav-738, MS61 PCGS. A fairly rare type with soft, medium gray patina and a few darkly toned marks on the face of the bust. Overall, a rather lustrous piece with plentiful detail."
