This specimen was lot 21226 in Stack's Bowers 2018 NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $5,040. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 20 Pesos, 1902-Mo M. PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder. Fr-119; KM-414.6. Single finest certified of the date at PCGS with one other at NGC in the same grade. Sharply struck with lovely satiny surfaces and frosted devices. Light attractive honey-gold tone throughout. Though a common date the present example clearly is not the norm for this issue. Sure to excite even the most advanced of collectors."
