This specimen was lot 1700 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €1,700 (about US$2,291 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"KAISERREICH ÖSTERREICH, Franz Josef I. 1848-1916. 10 Krajczár 1867, B, Kremnitz. 1.64 g. (Empire of Austria, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, ten kreuzer of 1867, Kremnitz mint, with plain edge. Rare, only 1,000 pieces made, handsome patina, about uncirculated. After the Austro-Hungarian settlement of 1867 and the associated Restoration of the Hungarian constitution of 1848, these pieces, which were often designated as patterns, were distributed to the members of the Hungarian Reichstag in Budapest in February 1867 at the opening of parliament. Also in the catalog of Peter Jaeckel, these specimens are described as sample impressions.)"
