This specimen was lot 72414 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Santa Ana, CA, May 2017), where it sold for $117.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "HONDURAS. 8 Reales, 1857-T-FL. NGC VF-20 BN. KM-21a. A few planchet flaws and somewhat uneven strike as usual. Pleasing chocolate brown surfaces and well above average for this crudely produced, well circulated type. Provenance: From the Richard Stuart Collection." copper-lead, issued 1857-61, usually wretched.
