This specimen was lot 23994 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Brunswick-Luneburg-Calenberg-Hannover. Georg Ludwig Taler 1714, Dav-2069, KM97, MS63 NGC, an obvious sister coin to to the earlier 1/2 taler of the same type with a remarkably similar, albeit slightly lighter, appearance. A pair that the advanced collector should consider keeping intact."
