This specimen was lot 1601 in Stephen Album sale 32 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2018), where it sold for $235. The catalog description[1] noted, "HAITI: Republic, AE 2 centimes, 1889, KM-Pn86, pretender issue of General Légitime, President; pattern in copper by Oscar Roty, NGC graded MS65 RB. General François Denys Légitime was a Haitian general who served as President of Haiti from 1888 to 1889, but resigned in 22 August 1889, owing to the opposition of General Florvil Hyppolite, and retired to Jamaica."
