This specimen was lot 1102 in Jean Elsen sale 138 (Brussels, September 2018), where it sold for €190 (about US$264 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, HAGUENAU, Ville, AR 12 Kreuzer, 1669. Au titre de Léopold Ier. D/ Ecu de la ville. R/ Aigle impériale couronnée. B. 1389; Engel-Lehr 88. 4,69 g. presque Très Beau. (city of Hagenau, silver twelve kreuzer of 1669, struck in the name of Leopold I. Obverse: city arms; reverse: crowned imperial eagle. about very fine.)"

KM 52.1 struck 1665-69; silver, 4.10-4.22 g, VF $110. also 1, 2, 3, 4, 18, 30, 60 kreuzer. thaler = 90 kreuzer. Hagenau in Alsace, occupied by France in 1648, annexed 1679.
