This specimen was lot 2617 in Sincona sale 51 (Zurich, October 2018), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$965 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Victoria, 1837-1901. 1/2 Sovereign 1862, London. Larger young head. 3.96 g. Seaby 3859 A. Fr-389 b. Seltener Jahrgang. Gutes sehr schön. (kingdom of Great Britain, Victoria, 1837-1901, half sovereign of 1862, London mint, young head. Rare date, Good very fine.)"
KM 735.1, m. unknown but a rare date, subtype without die number better than with. KM XF $9,750.
