This specimen was lot 20458 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "FRANCE. 5 Franc, 1812-B. Rouen Mint. NGC MS-63. KM-694.2; Gad-584. Lightly toned with a strike that is nearly complete and enchanting luster that helps to enliven the surfaces. Laudable for its lack of planchet flaw or adjustment mark as well, both of which frequently influence the eye appeal. Underrated as a date in top grade with this coin being tied with one other example (at NGC) for the finest graded at either NGC or PCGS."

F.307/42, m. 3,037,380, common date (only 1812-A and 1811-A is cheaper).
