This specimen was lot 360 in Sincona sale 46 (Zurich, May 2018), where it sold for 650 CHF (about US$780 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Frankreich, Louis XV. 1715-1774. 2 Louis dor au bandeau 1755, Pau. 16.25 g. Gadoury 346 a. Fr-463. Schön-sehr schön. Fassungsspuren. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, double louis d'or of the hair ribbon of 1755, Pau mint. Fine-very fine, Traces of mounting.)"
