This specimen was lot 1854 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €320 (about US$431 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANKREICH, KÖNIGREICH, Louis XIV, 1643-1715. 1/12 Ecu aux insignes 1703, A, Paris. Réformation. Duplessy 1536 B; Gadoury 121. RR Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (kingdom of France, Louis XIV, 1643-1715, twelfth écu of the insignia of 1703, Paris mint, reformed. Rare, very fine to extremely fine.)"

Dr/4 no. 746, Dr/2 no. 432, struck 1701-04, all rf, 2.28 g, .917 fine silver, 6 sols 4 d. t. counterfeit?
