This specimen was lot 1252 in Jean Elsen sale 133 (Brussels, June 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Royaume, Louis XV (1715-1774), AV demi-louis d'or aux lunettes, 1728X, Amiens. D/ B. drapé à g., tête nue. R/ Ecus ovales de France et de Navarre sous une couronne. Dupl. 1641; Gad-329. 4,03 g Très rare. Très Beau à Superbe. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, gold half louis of the spectacles of 1728, Amiens mint. Obverse: draped bust to left; reverse: oval arms of France and navarre below a crown. Very rare, very fine to extremely fine.)"
