This specimen was lot 1375 in Jean Elsen sale 127 (Brussels, December 2015), where it sold for €__ (about US$___ including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Royaume, Louis XV (1715-1774), AR écu de Navarre, 1718S, Reims. D/ B. enfantin à d., l., dr. et cuir. R/ Ecu écartelé de France-Navarre, échancré et couronné. Dupl. 1657; Gad-318. Très Beau. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, écu of Navarre of 1718, Rheims mint. Obverse: armored and draped infant bust to right; reverse: crowned quartered arms of France and Navarre. Very fine.)"
