This specimen was lot 1083 in Jean Elsen sale 137 (Brussels, June 2018), where it sold for €64 (about US$89 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANCE, Napoléon III (1852-1870), AV 5 francs, 1859A, Paris. Gad-1001; Fr. 578a. Très Beau. (empire of France, Napoleon III, 1852-70, gold five francs of 1859, Paris mint. Very fine.)"
