This specimen was lot 32739 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $810. The catalog description[1] noted, "British Colony. Elizabeth II gold Proof Pound 1974 PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC, KM 7. Mintage of 2,675. Currently the only example to grade a perfect PR70 (Ultra Cameo) by either PCGS or NGC. Flawless, with sparkling surfaces, satiny devices, and an incredible reflectivity."
Fr-4, KM-6: 1/2 pound; Fr-3, KM-7: 1 pound, 7.99 g, .917 fine gold, m. 2,675 proofs. Fr-2, KM-8: 2 pounds, 15.98 g, .917 fine gold (double sovereign), m. 2,158 proofs. Fr-1, KM-9: 5 pounds.
